Katyryna Poduszka

Katyryna Poduszka, 100, of Temperance, MI, died Friday, January 12, 2018, in her home.  She was born on December 7, 1917, in the Ukraine and immigrated to the United States in 1951.  Katyryna managed a small farm, enjoying animals, gardening, and building. She was a volunteer at the Lion’s Den in Temperance and was a member of the Bedford Senior Center.

She is survived by her loving children, Sophia (Donald) Herman, Irina Eisenmann, David (Dianne) Poduszka and Leda (Jullian) Rodiguez; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Katyryna was preceded in death by her husband, Trofim; daughter, Helena Poduszka, Son-in-Law, Eugene Eisenmann, II, and granddaughter, Debra Rossomando.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am – 11:30 am, Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Services will be private.
